Georgina is a proud Australian, Melbourne born and bred musician who has embraced her musical heritage to becoming an independent singer-songwriter and entertainer. Her voice has earthy deep warmth with an ethereal tone and memorising harmonies. Georgina bent the rules of music from young age of 10, she got caught out playing piano without reading the sheet music. “She didn’t need it, she felt it’’.

Georgina was born quite late in her family; she was always the little girl knocking the doors to sneak into her brother and father’s bands while they were rehearsing and playing live. While most of her young friends were listening to top 40 radio tunes Georgina listened to ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s pop. The Carpenters and ABBA were played constantly. She found it hard to relate to people her own age, so lunchtimes were spent a lot playing piano in the old music rooms. Her music teachers encouraged her playing by ear method, as she hated to play known songs, resulting in writing her own.
