Returns Policy

Faulty Items

We only accept returns for items that are deemed faulty. If you believe your item is defective or not functioning as intended, please follow the steps below:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the fault
    • Clear photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)
  2. Assessment: Once we receive your request, our team will assess the information provided to determine whether the item is faulty. We may contact you for further details if needed.
  3. Return Approval: If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide you with return instructions, including a return address and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that items returned without an RAN will not be processed.
  4. Shipping Costs:
    • If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the item is not deemed faulty upon inspection, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and the item will be returned to you.

Non-Faulty Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any other reason besides a product fault. Please ensure you review all product details and descriptions before making a purchase.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: If a refund is approved for a faulty item, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Replacements: If you prefer a replacement for a faulty item, we will send it to you at no additional cost once the original item is returned and inspected.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items that have been altered or modified
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers
